And otherwise enjoy la simplice goduria, the simple bliss, of the unsurpassed flavor, traditions and community of 3,000 years of human existence. This is the true essence of the Sicilian way of life discovered the same for us when we first arrived on the island, piano piano, slowly slowly, step by step.

Cooking Tour Sicily is not only a series of cooking classes, but a deepening of the knowledge of the Sicilian territory by participating in the creation of Sicilian food with one's own hands. This journey will bring authentic experiences to each of the participants, bringing them into close contact with the farming culture, the food and wine, as well as the pastry and dairy art of Modica.

Surrounded on all sides by some of the most tranquil, crystal clear waters found anywhere in the world, you’d be right to question why on earth would you go anywhere else in Sicily. Stretching across much of the northern half of the island and through much of its interior lies a rich, wild and wondrous territory that captures much the same beauty, tradition and soul more well known along its seductive beaches and stunning coast.
